This cd is a mish-mash of recording techniques and players, some real quiet stuff, mostly folk but a little clangy a la The Velvets. Mike Watt moonlights on bass with us on 8 tracks, and Michael Whitmore even plays some drums in addition to his vibraphone,10-string guitar, mandolin, and other plectoral things. Lyman Chaffee sings, plays guitar & banjo, Shawn Lockie sings, Heather Lockie sings & plays viola. Marc Doten on a couple other tracks on bass, Julie Carpenter on the backwards “Lemonade” on violin, Kyle C. Kyle on drums for one song.

This is a rock album. It kind of sounds like the 90’s, and that is because it was made very soon after the 90’s. It recently got some songs in this movie “Devil Girl”, and we thought it was funny that some of this music was put in the stripping scene. Not funny haha, but funny as in it made us look at the music differently. And that is always interesting, to be made to look at your own music differently. Pablo Garcia is on bass, Matt Stein plays drums, Heather Lockie plays viola, a little guitar and sings, Lyman Chaffee plays guitar and sings. Co-produced by Steve Gregoropoulos.

This is more ambient but there are songs still. It’s a beautiful record. It’s VERY grandiose, with a lot of doubling of vocal tracks and big drums. Pablo Garcia did electronics and samples on this record as well as bass. Matt Stein played the drums. Steve Gregoropoulos did some hand holding and some production on this. Heather Lockie played viola, some piano & guitar, sang. Lyman Chaffee played guitar and sang.
